just an update

eh I didn't manage to run my 15km today. hmmm. too tired today I guess. and like sine my whole family waited for me to start dinner, then abit dotz to go jog right? so ya. But Im not going to berate myself, punch myself, scold myself whatsoever. Nope. I've just postponed my little run, so tts all. eh ya and nothing very interesting happened at work today. so nothing much today. yah.
